FHS Band Booster Meetings

Attention all band parents. We need you to volunteer and to attend the band booster meetings. We meet the second Tuesday or each month, except for July, August & January. The meetings begin at 7:00 PM and usually don't last over an hour. PLEASE come out and support the FHS Band and your Children. This includes Marching and Concert Band Parents.

We need everyone's help and input. Fruit sales begin in October, each band student needs to participate in to help lower or delete their remaining band fee of $200.00.

Fundraising
 
The Band Fruit Sale is our one major fundraising project. All students, whether they are in first semester only, second semester only, or both semesters, are encouraged to sell fruit to pay for a majority of their band fee. There is a Saturday set aside in October where all band students “Blitz” the community for fruit sales. Students have the chance to sell enough fruit to pay for all but $ 140.00 of the band fee. The Farragut Community has supported us for many years and we appriciate the families that make the Farragut Band as strong as we are today. For important dates about the fruit sale click here.
