Farragut High School Band Fruit Sale

October 16, 2008 Start Selling Now!!!Checks made to:FHS BAND. Inform customers of $6.000 return check fee. Collect money as you take your orders. Use 3-part receipts for cash sale. Put your name in the memo space on the check. You may accept donations.
October 31, 2008 Blitz Pre-Regristration forms due. Teams must have a Parent Driver. Maximum 4 students per team. Turn team forms into the blue tub in the band office.
November 1, 2008 BLITZ DAY 8:00 AM TILL 3:00 PM
November 19, 2008 ALL ORDERS AND MONEY MUST BE TURNED IN
December 5, 2008 Receiving Day Fruit will be delivered by Riversweet Fruit (4:30 PM) to Farragut Intermediate School. Volunteers are needed to unload trucks.
December 6, 2008 Making Mixed BoxesStudents assist in making mixed boxes at 7:30 AM. This must be completed before any fruit can be picked up.
Pick-up & Delivery Day Individuals and teams are responsible for picking up fruit between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and delivering orders to customers.
If you have a conflict with this date, please let Molly Royse know by Dec. 5th: mdroyse@netscape.netor 548-1769 or leave a note in the blue tub.
December 12, 2008 Deadline for any remaining money to be turned in. Use a payment envelope.

Online orderingwill be possible at http://www.riversweetonline.com/farragutband by10/27/08. Online customers will be able to designate the salesperson they wish to get credit for their order.
